- starts out by eating everything in sight
- 200 bicep curls (with my 5lb weights)

- 100 pushups (before he starts these he always asks: "ma, you wanna see how many pushups i can do?")
- 200 situps
- drinking 3 protein shakes per day
- ends by eating anything that isn't nailed down (i am surprised that our dog boogie is still around)
oh wait- there he goes again. it's on: he started with the curls already. i should probably join him and try to defluff before winter. so i am off to work the situps (i can tell you now that 50 will be all he gets out of me).
