Sagging pants law unconstitutional
it seems that some states have declared the sagging pants fashion fad as illegal. when caught, the culprit can be fined or jailed (yay!!!). so imagine my surprise when i saw the article. WHAT THE HELL???!!! unconstitutional? what about my rights as someone who does not care to SEE someone else's drawers and undergarments??? is it not unconstitutional that i am forced to see various patterns, colors and types of boxers, briefs and/or boxer briefs when didn't ask to? i am for self expression and freedom of dressing like you want, but come on, there is such thing as decency. i mean, this is clearly the sloppiest fashion statement that i have seen in a long while (and i am not even that old ;~). if your pants are so big and sagging way down past the humps on your butt, that is a most clear sign that you need to invest in a belt! and if you have on a belt and have fastened your pants/jeans or shorts way down past your butt, then yeah, you still are breaking the law.
i just hope i never catch kristopher attempting this fashion statement. and no, he is not a nerd.
